If you’ve ever felt frustrated trying to manage pain on your own - or overwhelmed by conflicting advice - virtual rehab and online coaching give you something most people never get: consistent, expert support wherever you are.
This option is ideal if your schedule is busy, you travel often, or you simply want care that fits into your life instead of disrupting it. Through personalized programming, regular check-ins, and direct communication with your provider, you’re never left guessing or falling behind.
Virtual care allows you to stay supported, accountable, and progressing—so you can heal, get stronger, and feel confident in your body without being tied to a clinic.

If we believe YU Performance is the right fit for you, we’ll begin with an initial evaluation.
Depending on the service you’re seeking, this assessment may vary in depth - from a comprehensive 90-minute evaluation to a multi-week testing process that can span up to four weeks. This allows us to fully understand your movement, health markers, and performance needs before creating a personalized plan.
